Old fashioned:

  • 2oz rye whisky

  • 1/4oz-1/2oz syrup

  • Stir with ice

  • Strain over large ice cube in rocks glass

  • Garnish with orange peel

Margarita

  • 2oz blanco tequila

  • 1oz syrup

  • 1/2oz fresh lime juice

  • Shake

  • Strain over ice into rocks glass

  • Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel

Collins

  • 2oz vodka or gin

  • 1oz syrup

  • 1/2oz fresh lemon juice

  • Shake

  • Strain over ice into tall Collins glass

  • Top with cherry soda water (liquid death)

Tikki

  • 2oz whisky

  • 1oz syrup

  • 1/2oz fresh lemon juice

  • 6 mint leaves

  • Shake

  • Strain over ice into rocks glass

  • Garnish with cherry, orange and mint

MOCKTAIL

Black Cherry Orange Fizz:

  • 2 oz Black Cherry & Valencia Orange syrup

  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz ginger juice or 3/4 oz ginger beer if you want it easier

  • 3/4 oz cold water

  • Shake with ice

  • Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass

  • Top with 2–3 oz soda water

  • Garnish with an orange peel + cherry
